Joseph Straka

Joseph Straka is the President of Priority Press, a leading provider of offset printing, direct mailing and inventory fulfillment services to all size companies throughout North America. Mr. Straka is an accomplished corporate executive and successful entrepreneur with a broad and distinguished career.

As a corporate executive, Mr. Straka worked for Procter & Gamble in brand management. While at P&G, Mr. Straka's primary responsibility was for marketing and brand management of the $450 million Light Duty Liquid business—Dawn, Joy and Ivory dish soaps. Mr. Straka also led other strategic marketing initiatives for P&G's Home Care business including brands Cascade, Febreze, Swiffer, Mr. Clean and Spic and Span utilizing various national advertising agencies including Saatchi & Saatchi, Grey Group and D'Arcy (Publicis).

In addition to his tenure at P&G, Mr. Straka was also a management consultant for Ernst & Young LLP. While at E&Y, Mr. Straka assisted clients in the strategic planning, financial analysis and business process reengineering for corporate acquisitions, mergers, consolidations and post merger integration activities. During his tenure, Mr. Straka was a party to the consolidation and integration of several organizations throughout the country creating ventures with over $1 billion in revenues.

As an entrepreneur, Mr. Straka helped launch an enterprise software company. Mr. Straka personally raised significant venture capital from VC firms Venrock, Brand Equity Ventures and Blue Chip Venture Company to fund the company. The company's client base included Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, Dillard's, Foot Locker, Children's Place and Hallmark amongst others. The company was merged with its leading competitor and sold to Oracle.

After his software experience, Mr. Straka founded a mixed-use real estate development company with two partners where he principally focused on marketing strategy and investment management. Mr. Straka and his company worked with private equity firms and large companies such as BlackRock, Cherokee Investment Partners, Madison Marquette, and Harrah's Gaming on a national basis. Mr. Straka was involved in over $300 million of real estate development.

Mr. Straka holds a Bachelor of Science degree in both finance and accounting from Miami University and an MBA with concentrations in marketing, strategy and finance from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
