Shipping and Delivery
As the final step in the production process, the shipping department at Priority will ensure that you receive you project just the way you want to receive it. We can meet any specific need you may have. We typically quote delivered product five days from proof approval, although we have ability to meet tighter deadlines. For extremely large projects, turn-around time may be longer than five days and will depend upon project specifications.
The shipping process begins with the packing instructions. Is the project to be carton packed, bulk packed, skidded, shrink-wrapped, banded, or a combination thereof? If it has not been determined which method is best for a particular project, there is no need to worry. Your Priority Press Account Executive can help determine the best method based upon the project characteristics, the ease of use for the end user and any supply chain requirements you may have.
For local deliveries, Priority utilizes its own fleet of trucks. Priority has both branded and unmarked delivery vehicles. Our drivers are uniformed and courteous professionals who take great pride in delivering your project on-time and in pristine condition. We are happy to deliver to an individual in an office building or to a receiving dock.
For out-of-town deliveries, there are several shipping options. To ship smaller projects, Priority primarily uses UPS, although FedEx, DHL and other like carriers are also available. For larger out-of-town deliveries, Priority uses several freight carriers and will work diligently to determine the most economical alternative possible.
