CHALLENGE

A leading company in environmental services wanted to show appreciation for 2,600 employees during 2020’s challenging work-from-home efforts. To handle a large-scale gift initiative without requiring oversight from internal HR and marketing employees, the company worked with Priority to set up a program for employees to choose customized, branded apparel.

SOLUTION

Priority Group used the company’s existing marketing site and modified it to allow employees to log on, see the exclusive gift choices, and select the appropriate options such as sizes. Employees could input a promo code to get their gifts. The program was promoted via email blasts, as well as personalized holiday postcards bearing the gift code.

OUTCOME

  • Over 1,650 employees selected and received a gift
  • Priority Group handled the process start to finish, without effort from marketing or HR
  • Employees who did not choose apparel still received an appreciation gift
